About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Support Coordinator to join our team at Mountainside Treatment Center. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in providing a welcoming and structured community living experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address the day-to-day non-therapeutic needs of clients with a calm and professional demeanor.
  • Perform scheduled medication room duties in accordance with our medication policies.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and accreditation regulatory requirements.
  • Resolve client-related issues in a manner consistent with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Ensure necessary safety protocols are followed during emergency situations.
  • Maintain accurate medication and vending machine inventories.
  • Conduct equipment temperature checks and document the results.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent - Required.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
