Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: Provide outstanding service to both consumer and commercial clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of our products and services.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve client issues promptly or escalate to the appropriate department, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Digital Banking Services: Assist clients with digital banking services, including onboarding, maintenance, and education, to enhance their overall banking experience.
  • Treasury Management: Review and manage Treasury Management client files and services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Proposal and Report Preparation: Prepare proposals and reports to support sales activities and improve internal workflows, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Performance Metrics and SLAs: Ensure compliance with performance metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), maintaining high standards of customer service.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Retail Banking or Deposit Operations, with a strong understanding of banking products and services.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills, with a focus on attention to detail and effective communication.
  • Electronic Banking Services: Experience with electronic banking services is preferred, with a strong understanding of Wire Transfer, ACH, and check clearing processes.
  • Communication and Multitasking: Effective communication skills and ability to multitask, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Willingness to learn and collaborate with team members, with a focus on adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in PC and mobile platforms, with a strong understanding of banking software and systems.
