Job Summary:

UNC Health Care is seeking a skilled Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team in an outpatient clinic. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists to provide high-quality care to our pediatric patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
Provide occupational therapy services, including aquatic therapy, splinting, wheelchair and equipment evaluations, and functional electrical stimulation.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between services.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of North Carolina.
Experience working with pediatric patients, particularly those with neurological and developmental disabilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
