About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our Manufacturing team at Ford Motor Company. As a Stamping Tooling Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our manufacturing process engineering activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply engineering principles and analytical techniques to advance continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and products.
  • Optimize efforts in safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Review product data, direct tooling corrections to address build issues, and troubleshoot/resolve issues in production.
  • Work independently and manage multiple priorities at once.
  • Communicate clearly, both verbally and written, to ensure clear prioritization of issues and coordination of resources.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including tool shops, body construction, product development, hourly die makers, and directors.

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in Automotive Manufacturing.
  • Previous experience working with Stamping Tooling equipment.
  • Teamcenter/Catia proficiency.
  • Validated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities at once.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly, both verbally and written, to ensure clear prioritization of issues and coordination of resources.
