This role encompasses a wide array of tasks, from managing patient relations to coordinating schedules and verifying insurance details.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as a versatile resource across multiple healthcare facilities within a specified area
  • Facilitate patient interactions, including check-in/check-out procedures, scheduling appointments, and confirming insurance coverage
  • Accurately manage patient registrations, insurance information, and payment processing
  • Provide prompt and precise information to patients and external entities, addressing questions and resolving complaints effectively
  • Assist in the management of medical records and support the training of junior personnel

KEY ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS

  • Flexibility to travel between clinics and perform assigned responsibilities
