Position Overview

The Warehouse Technology Implementation Lead acts as a pivotal change agent responsible for driving process and system advancements that foster a culture of continuous improvement within the C&S network.

This role effectively utilizes project management methodologies and associated tools to introduce innovative solutions aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction and minimizing operational costs.

As a subject matter expert in the technologies deployed, this position serves as a vital resource for end users, ensuring optimal returns on project investments.

The individual will assess existing end-to-end workflows and offer strategic recommendations to leadership, focusing on efficiency enhancement and waste reduction.

This role collaborates closely with leaders across the Supply Chain, along with key stakeholders and other experts, to facilitate business transformation while nurturing a continuous improvement ethos.

Comprehensive System Implementation:

Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to craft a strategy for the implementation, adoption, and sustainability of all technology initiatives.

Formulate and execute project plans to guarantee timely completion of all implementation stages within budget, ensuring adherence to all business requirements.

Design and implement training programs for relevant end-users to ensure effective system adoption. Maintain communication with stakeholders to identify and address challenges throughout the implementation journey. Become the system's subject matter expert, collaborating with end-users and technology teams to promote innovation and a culture of continuous improvement.

Leadership, Coaching, and Results Orientation:

Evaluate operations to pinpoint, quantify, and prioritize actionable areas for significant improvements. Develop business cases that include problem identification, baseline establishment, KPIs, and financial implications for potential projects. Engage cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for projects and related enhancements.

Lead and contribute to broader national and regional initiatives to ensure standardization and the sharing of best practices across various locations within C&S.

Facilitate process improvement activities, training, and mentorship. Be accountable for driving projects and achieving sustainable outcomes. Oversee the capital expense request process when necessary.

Building Relationships:

Collaborate with leaders and key stakeholders to evaluate performance challenges and business needs, supporting long-term KPI improvements.

Partner with operations leaders to refine processes that enhance employee and customer experiences. Mentor operations leaders to leverage innovation and newly implemented solutions. Develop, communicate, and present results tailored to the appropriate audience level. Support business partners through successful ongoing execution as a subject matter expert.

Monitoring and Mentoring:

Utilize project management processes to actively monitor project risks, assess actual business impacts, and evaluate overall project success. Lead, coordinate, and support training sessions as necessary to ensure project success. Serve as the primary administrator for project tracking and reporting. Foster innovation and encourage the organization to adopt new perspectives by challenging the status quo and celebrating outstanding results.

Qualifications:
Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies with a focus on Operations & Project Management, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management. Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Experience:
2-5 years of proven success in project leadership, administration, or project support with demonstrated benefits.
