Position Summary

This is a full-time role, operating Monday through Friday during the first shift. The position involves home daily schedules and serves as a back-up for company drivers while primarily functioning as a Warehouse Associate when not driving.

Driver Qualifications
  • Valid Class A CDL Operator's License.
  • 1-3 years of driving experience (preferably 100,000 miles).
  • Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug tests as mandated by the DOT.
  • Successful completion of driving history and background checks.
  • Possession of a Federal Medical Card.
Driver Responsibilities (70% of Role)
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, completing daily vehicle inspection reports (DVIRs) as required.
  • Assist customers in verifying delivered quantities and products against shipping documentation.
  • Collect payments for delivered goods in accordance with established payment instructions.
  • Maintain driver logs in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Operate within safety guidelines as outlined by government regulations and company policies.
  • Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of equipment.
  • Uphold and adhere to company policies and standards.
Warehouse Associate Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience operating stand-up forklifts.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift 50-75 lbs. frequently.
  • Comfortable working in various environmental conditions (e.g., heat, cold, noise, and dust).
  • Comfortable working at heights (25'-30').
Warehouse Responsibilities (30% of Role)
  • Operate various types of forklifts, including stand-up, sit-down, and order pickers.
  • Utilize RF scanners for inventory tracking and product movement.
  • Receive, pick, and transport products throughout the warehouse in accordance with company standards.
  • Stack, palletize, and store products safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records through proper documentation.
  • Ensure organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.
  • Adhere to all warehouse safety protocols, including the use of PPE and conducting safety checks on powered equipment.
