Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative. This role involves building relationships with potential customers, generating leads, and setting appointments for our Acquisitions Agents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound seller leads and generate new leads using our CRM system
  • Provide a seamless hand-off to our Acquisitions Agents
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency and drive goal achievement across various activities
  • Build rapport and relationships through outbound calling and communication
  • Pre-screen sellers based on motivation level and other lead selling indicators
  • Make quick decisions in response to changing conditions when interacting with potential customers
  • Set appointments for our Acquisitions Agents based on seller motivation
  • Ensure process compliance and accurate KPI reporting in our CRM
Requirements:
  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Real estate experience is a plus, but not required
