Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative. This role involves building relationships with potential clients, generating leads, and setting appointments for our Acquisitions Agents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer calls from potential clients and generate leads using our CRM system
  • Provide a smooth and friendly hand-off to one of our Acquisitions Agents
  • Build relationships and rapport through outbound calling, focusing on achieving the engagement and commitment of others
  • Pre-screen potential clients based on motivation level, sense of urgency, and other lead selling indicators
  • Make quick decisions in response to changing conditions when speaking directly with potential clients
  • Set appointments for the Acquisitions Agents based on client motivation
  • Ensure process compliance and accurate KPI reporting in the company CRM
  • Assign potential realtor listings for our referral partners
Requirements:
  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • Hungry to succeed
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Real estate experience is a plus, but not required
