We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative. This role involves building relationships with potential clients, generating leads, and setting appointments for our Acquisitions Agents.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer calls from potential clients and generate leads using our CRM system
- Provide a smooth and friendly hand-off to one of our Acquisitions Agents
- Build relationships and rapport through outbound calling, focusing on achieving the engagement and commitment of others
- Pre-screen potential clients based on motivation level, sense of urgency, and other lead selling indicators
- Make quick decisions in response to changing conditions when speaking directly with potential clients
- Set appointments for the Acquisitions Agents based on client motivation
- Ensure process compliance and accurate KPI reporting in the company CRM
- Assign potential realtor listings for our referral partners
- Previous sales experience preferred
