Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Representative to join our team at Hattiesburg Clinic. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic and providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Distribute materials and assist patients in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide a general courier service to support the needs of our clinic.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, staff, and external partners.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of our clinic.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Professional appearance and a pleasant personality are essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
Work Schedule

Monday - Friday, 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Additional Information

This is a hourly paid position.
