Patient Care Supervisor

The Forrest General Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patient Care Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and guiding the activities of our hospital staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the activities of nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and patient safety.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Participate in department planning, decision-making, and policy formation to drive continuous improvement.
- Graduate of a recognized non-online RN program with a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing.
- Two to five years of general nursing experience with demonstrated leadership skills.
- Current License with MS State Board of Nursing.
- Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
- Handle with Care certification within one year of employment.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong commitment to patient safety and quality care is essential.
