Job Summary:

United Airlines is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Airport Operations Customer Service Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for directing and developing the Hub Assistant Manager and Frontline Supervisor team, as well as engaging frontline staff to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Development: Direct and develop the Hub Assistant Manager and Frontline Supervisor team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
  • Customer Service: Lead the Customer Service Representative team to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring that all customers receive a high level of service and support.
  • Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the airport customer service team, ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed and that the team is working efficiently and effectively.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including customers, employees, and management, to ensure that all needs are met and that the team is working towards common goals.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a customer-facing role, with a track record of developing and leading high-performing teams.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Operational Knowledge: Strong knowledge of airport operations and customer service processes, with the ability to analyze and improve processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
