**Job Summary**

The American Dental Association is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to lead our Advisory Services team. As a key member of our Business Innovation Group, you will be responsible for managing the seamless delivery of our matching process to customers, ensuring the appropriate delivery of information and services from both internal and external resources.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the Advisor team to deliver exceptional customer service throughout the transition process.
  • Develop and implement processes to deliver a product to a diverse customer base.
  • Build and manage relationships with identified partners to ensure referral bonuses are accurately invoiced.
  • Deliver content to dentists through live and virtual presentations, events, and written materials.
  • Manage customer invoicing and ensure incentive pay for Advisors is accurately calculated and reported.

**Requirements:**

  • BS/BA with a minimum of 5 years of strong management experience in customer service and process improvement.
  • In lieu of a BS/BA, a minimum of 9 years of experience is required.
  • Must be comfortable engaging in difficult conversations and identifying win/win solutions.
  • Must have a strong ability to provide high-level customer service throughout a complex process.
  • Must possess strong writing and verbal communication skills, as well as problem-solving skills in a team environment.
  • Must have familiarity with CRMs and digital platforms, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Hubspot proficiency.
  • Basic knowledge of business sale process.
  • Passion for the ADAPT mission and experience managing remote workers.
