Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver extensive support to the sales team, including order management and processing.
  • Facilitate the establishment and upkeep of product listings and promotional initiatives.
  • Assist in the coordination and communication with clients.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Handle sample requests efficiently.
  • Help in generating sales reports and analyzing sales metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, production, and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Perform general administrative duties as required.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in sales support or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and excel in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Work Schedule: This is a Full-Time position, Monday through Friday.
