Penske Service Scheduler

A Penske Service Scheduler is responsible for coordinating preventative maintenance requests, scheduling outside repairs, and planning shop work. This role is based at the Penske facility in Swedesboro, NJ, and requires a 3rd shift schedule from 10PM to 6:30AM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop daily and weekly workforce plans to meet customer needs and maximize productivity.
  • Communicate with customers regarding maintenance updates, schedule changes, and billing concerns.
  • Ensure all Penske Rental units are maintained and prepared for customers.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure quality and adherence to schedule for outside work.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of customer service experience required.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on mechanical experience required.
  • 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associates Degree, Technical School Degree, or Bachelors Degree preferred.
