We are a thriving SaaS Ed-tech company with a dedicated team of 100 professionals. We are seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to lead our marketing initiatives from a remote setting. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the Ed-tech sector and will ideally be located on the East Coast.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned and innovative Chief Marketing Officer to become an integral part of our technology-focused team. The successful candidate will have a robust background in SaaS and a demonstrated history of driving growth through creative marketing strategies while leading a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities:

1. Formulate and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
2. Lead and mentor the marketing team to implement impactful marketing campaigns aimed at customer acquisition and retention.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to create compelling product messaging.
4. Oversee the creation of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
5. Utilize data analytics to inform decisions and enhance marketing effectiveness.
6. Manage the marketing budget to maximize return on investment.
7. Stay abreast of industry trends and adjust marketing strategies as necessary.
8. Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and media partners.
9. Spearhead public relations efforts to shape the company's public image.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; an MBA is advantageous.
2. At least 5 years of experience in a senior marketing position within the Ed-tech industry, particularly in SaaS.
3. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
4. Strong leadership capabilities with a talent for inspiring and managing teams.
5. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
6. Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
7. Proficient in marketing software and tools.
8. Knowledgeable about the latest trends in online marketing and analytics.
9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
