This is a hybrid/remote position that can be based in various locations across the United States. The ideal candidate would reside in the main office locations in Renton/Seattle, WA, Portland/Beaverton, OR, or Irvine, CA.

The Principal ERP Developer provides technical development services throughout the System Development Life-cycle (SDLC) including requirements gathering, design specification, code development, unit, integration, and acceptance testing and implementation support.

The products produced by the Principal Developer broadly apply to application customizations and enhancements, integration and interfaces, conversions, reporting and business/technical automated workflows.

Possesses a functional business process knowledge in one or more areas of Finance, Human Resources, Payroll, and Supply Chain. Works with an expert knowledge of IT architectures including cloud technologies, application technology, database, networking, and security.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or Information Services.
  • Ten or more years of experience as systems analyst developer including at least three years supporting Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Benefits and Retirement).
  • Strong experience Oracle HCM Cloud Tech skills across Data Loader, Integrations (Inbound & Outbound), Extensions, Reports (BIP, OTBI), Extracts and Fast Formulas.
  • Experience with Middleware technologies in general, demonstrated knowledge in platforms (preferably OIC), integration patterns and orchestration development.
  • Experience in personalization and customization of HCM application pages.
  • Hands on experience with SQL, PL/SQL, XML, JavaScript, and Web Services.
  • Provide end-user support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving technical problems related to Oracle HCM Cloud.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Information Services, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, or a related IS or healthcare field.
  • Five years of experience with supporting Oracle Cloud/e-business HCM, Payroll, Supply Chain and/or Finance is highly desired.
  • Experience in Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) development.
  • Experience in customization of Redwood pages.
  • Experience in API development and management.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
