Job Overview

Drug Plastics & Glass Company Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our assigned accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  2. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your knowledge of our products and services to drive revenue growth.
  3. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with our sales team to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  4. Communication and Presentation: Develop and deliver effective presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the value of our products and services.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience: Proven track record of achievement in sales or business development, with a minimum of 1-5 years of experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
