Account Development Representative

Drug Plastics & Glass Company Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our assigned accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your knowledge of our products and services to drive revenue growth.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with our sales team to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Communication and Presentation: Develop and deliver effective presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the value of our products and services.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience: Proven track record of achievement in sales or business development, with a minimum of 1-5 years of experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
