Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Multilingual Support Coordinator to join our team at the National Youth Advocate Program. In this role, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office, including tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and data entry.

About Us

National Youth Advocate Program has been serving communities and clients since 1978 and we continue to grow each year. Our growth allows us to expand and develop new and innovative programs to meet the ever-changing needs of those we serve. We offer unique and personalized services for families and individuals in four areas: Prevention/Intervention, Positive Youth Development, Out-of-Home-Placement and Reunification/Permanency.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our office.
  • Perform various tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and data entry.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Assist with coordinating events and meetings.
  • Provide general administrative support services for the assigned office.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish fluency.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
