About the Role: Touchstone Health Services is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Coach to join our Infant and Early Childhood Team. The successful candidate will work closely with early childhood educators and caregivers to provide coaching, guidance, and support in creating a safe and nurturing environment that fosters healthy child development. Key responsibilities include conducting observations and assessments, developing and maintaining relationships with early childhood programs, participating in ongoing professional development, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement strategies for supporting young children and their families. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children and their families, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

This is a full-time position, with a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide coaching and training to early childhood educators and caregivers on classroom management, behavior support, and trauma-informed practices
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement strategies for supporting young children and their families
• Conduct observations and assessments to identify areas for improvement and provide targeted support
• Develop and maintain relationships with early childhood programs and providers
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current on best practices in early childhood education and care

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field
• 2+ years of experience working with young children and their families, preferably in an early childhood education or care setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport with diverse populations and establish trust-based relationships
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Familiarity with trauma-informed practices and evidence-based interventions

Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field
• Experience working with children with special needs or in high-risk environments
• Certification in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Bilingual or multilingual language skills
