About the Role

We are seeking a skilled customer support specialist to join our team at Londen Insurance Group. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to our policyholders and agents while communicating in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support policyholders with their inquiries and concerns
  • Assist agents with policy-related matters
  • Verify phone applications and process service requests
  • Prepare and mail policy documents
  • Translate Spanish language materials
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in customer service or a related field
