Job Summary
This Part-Time Lead Service Valet role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Service Valets within an assigned district. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving exceptional results.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Area Leaders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct regular safety inspections to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Develop and implement effective training programs for Service Valets.
- Provide support during recruitment and hiring processes.
- Maintain accurate records of property and resident non-compliance.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; AA degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service and people management is a plus.
