Position Summary: We are looking for a skilled and meticulous Lead Financial Analysis Manager to guide our financial analysis division. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and mentor a group of financial analysts, offering direction, training, and performance assessments.

  • Design and sustain financial models to aid strategic planning, decision-making, and financial forecasting.
  • Ensure the precision and thoroughness of financial information and reports, addressing any discrepancies or concerns.
  • Collaborate with various departments to comprehend financial impacts and provide insights into business performance.
  • Prepare and deliver financial data to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Identify avenues for process enhancements and implement best practices to improve financial reporting and analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, data analysis, and financial reporting.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Proven ability to manage and cultivate a team of professionals.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems, financial modeling software).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
