Position Overview:

The Senior Financial Analyst I will report directly to the Finance Manager and will play a critical role in preparing, analyzing, and presenting financial data to aid in operational and strategic decision-making. This role includes providing financial support across the organization, assisting with the monthly closing process, engaging in the annual budgeting process, and completing annual audit schedules along with various financial analyses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to support management decisions.
  • Assist in the monthly close process and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Participate in the annual budgeting process and provide insights for financial planning.
  • Complete annual audit schedules and support audit activities.
  • Conduct various financial analyses to identify trends and opportunities.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years in a financial analysis role.
  • Skills:
    • Proficient in financial applications and processes.
    • Ability to effectively communicate with leadership teams.
    • Strong understanding of financial systems and underlying processes.
    • Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and propose solutions.
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant financial software.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree and CPA certification are preferred.
