About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our Diabetes Operating Unit team at Medtronic. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing manufacturing processes that meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement manufacturing processes that meet quality and efficiency standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technical Science
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant engineering experience
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
