Sr Manufacturing Engineer
Job Summary:
LanceSoft is seeking a highly skilled Sr Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, machining, and material handling.
Key Responsibilities:
• Designs manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, machining, and material handling.
• Adapts machine or equipment design to factory and production conditions.
• Inspects performance of machinery, equipment, and tools to verify their efficiency and investigates and initiates corrective action of problems and deficiencies to ensure product quality.
• Develops manufacturing processes that are applicable to statistical process control and may develop those techniques.
• Provides guidance to engineering regarding design concepts and specification requirements to best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques.
• Ensures processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical, Mechanical, or Biomedical Engineering.
• 5+ years of technical engineering or program management experience with a Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of experience with an advanced degree.
• Prior experience in a regulated industry is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to integrate tasks across multiple functions.
• Ability to travel frequently to Contract MFG sites.
