At Apricot Solar, we're dedicated to empowering individuals and the environment through renewable energy solutions. Our mission is to install solar panels on every rooftop in the U.S., providing homeowners with the opportunity to save money, increase their property's value, and improve their quality of life.
We're expanding across the U.S. and seeking a talented, entrepreneurial-minded individual to join our team. As a Solar Advisor/Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for establishing strong relationships with prospective customers, reviewing their electrical usage and costs, and advising them on energy-saving solar products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer and sales experiences
- Analyze homeowners' electrical usage and costs
- Qualify clients for energy-saving solar solutions
- Convert high-quality sales leads
- Maintain and grow customer pipeline
- Travel frequently within your designated territory
Requirements:
- Proven sales track record (solar sales experience or previous business ownership is a plus)
- Ability to manage sales/leads pipeline
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Must obtain a HIS license from the CSLB
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite, CRM tools (Pipedrive preferred), and project management tools
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
