Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the service, setup, and breakdown of food and beverages during banquet events.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu items to confidently describe offerings during plated and buffet meals.
  • Communicate guest orders, including special requests and dietary restrictions, to the kitchen staff.
  • Deliver food and beverages to guest tables promptly to ensure quality service.
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond with care and attention.
  • Assess guest satisfaction and provide suggestions to enhance their experience.
  • Manage the breakdown, cleaning, and setup of tables, buffets, and beverage stations.
  • Uphold Four Seasons' service excellence standards.
  • Collaborate professionally with colleagues and supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service.
  • Possession of a Food Handler Card and MAST Alcohol Permit at the time of hire.
  • Demonstrated ownership of responsibilities through diligence and discipline.
  • Flexible availability for morning, afternoon, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
  • Previous banquet experience is preferred.
  • Bartending skills are an advantage.
  • Positive attitude and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Strong work ethic with a commitment to personal growth and learning.
  • Energetic and composed under pressure.
