Job Opportunity at Toogie's Table

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team at Toogie's Table. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming guests and checking them in to the reservation system
  • Demonstrating genuine hospitality and attentiveness during every interaction
  • Assigning guests to tables and ensuring a smooth service experience
  • Assisting with cleaning and resetting tables as needed
  • Participating in pre-shift meetings to review service information and VIPs
  • Engaging with guests while they wait for their table to create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Performing opening and closing responsibilities in a timely and detailed manner
  • Providing information about the restaurant and answering guest questions
  • Maintaining a positive guest experience and documenting any issues
  • Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed
  • Supporting team members and performing other duties as directed

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated knowledge and ability to execute restaurant standards
  • Restaurant experience preferred
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • 1 year of customer service experience
