Server Representative

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Toogie\u2019s Table. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

• Greeting and Seating: Greet guests as they arrive and check them in to the reservation system.
• Hospitality: Demonstrate genuine hospitality during every interaction with our guests.
• Table Management: Assign guests to tables using the reservation system and assist with cleaning and resetting tables as needed.
• Pre-Shift Meeting: Attend pre-shift meetings to review and communicate information regarding service, VIPs, and specials.
• Guest Engagement: Engage with guests while they are waiting for their table to create a welcoming environment.
• Opening and Closing Responsibilities: Perform opening and closing responsibilities in a timely and detailed manner.
• Guest Questions: Answer guest questions about restaurant history, current wait times, and other relevant information.
• Guest Recovery: Maintain a positive guest experience with effective communication of all guest recovery situations while documenting such occurrences to the MOD.
• Cleaning and Support: Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or instructed by management and assist and support team members as necessary.

• Knowledge and Ability: Demonstrates knowledge and ability to execute restaurant standards.
• Experience: Restaurant experience preferred.
• Attitude: Must have a positive attitude.
• Customer Service: 1 year of customer service experience.
