Summary:

As a member of the front of house team, you'll create memorable experience for our guests. Front of house staff is friendly, courteous, helpful, timely and works in a professional manner resulting in a very high level of guest satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Check station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness.
  • Demonstrate genuine hospitality during every interaction with our guests; including greeting guests, taking food and beverage orders, answering questions, thanking guests, and inviting them to return upon their departure.
  • Record the details of the order from the guests, repeating the order to the guests to check for accuracy. Input the order into the POS to inform the kitchen the order is being placed.
  • Abide by all State and Federal Liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
  • Attend pre-shift meeting to review/communicate information regarding service, VIP's, Specials.
  • Present the check to guest promptly and ensure correct payment.
  • Prepare the following before and during service; tables, napkins, utensils, condiment refills, server stations, and all other preparation tasks instructed by Front of House Managers or General Manager.
  • Answer guest questions about food and beverage preparation details and communicate specific guest needs to the kitchen and bar.
  • Properly conduct tableside wine service per company standards.
  • Maintain a positive guest experience with effective communication of all guest recovery situations while documenting such occurrences to the MOD.
  • Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or instructed by management.
  • Assist and support team members, as necessary.
  • Perform other related duties as directed by the Bar Manager, FOH Managers, General Manager, or Corporate Office.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School Diploma
  • Knowledge of standard drink recipes.
  • 1 Year of Restaurant Bartending Experience.
  • 1 Year of customer service experience.
