RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet guest as they arrive; checking guests in to reservation system.
- Demonstrate genuine hospitality during every interaction with our guests.
- Assign guests to tables using the reservation system.
- Assist with cleaning and resetting tables as needed during high volume times.
- Attend pre-shift meeting to review/communicate information regarding service, VIP's, Specials.
- Engaging with guests while they are waiting for their table to create a welcoming environment.
- Performs opening and closing responsibilities in a timely and detailed manner.
- Answer guest questions about restaurant history, current wait times, etc.
- Maintain a positive guest experience with effective communication of all guest recovery situations while documenting such occurrences to the MOD.
- Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or instructed by management.
- Assist and support team members, as necessary.
- Perform other related duties as directed by the Bar Manager, FOH Managers, General Manager, or Corporate Office.
- Consistent productivity.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Demonstrates knowledge and ability to execute restaurant standards.
- Restaurant experience preferred.
- Must have a positive attitude.
- 1 Year of customer service experience.
