Mental Health Specialist

About the Role:
ncgCARE is seeking a skilled Mental Health Professional to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality counseling services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records in accordance with licensing and Medicaid standards.
- Provide crisis intervention and case management services to assigned clients.
- Develop and implement Individualized Service Plans in collaboration with clients and other healthcare professionals.
- Conduct team meetings to ensure comprehensive care and coordination.
- Deliver trauma-informed, person-centered, and psychosocial interventions to achieve treatment goals.
- Provide individual, family, and group counseling and therapy services in accordance with approved credentialing and skill set.
- Facilitate individual and family sessions to address identified goals and objectives.
- Document all treatment activities, including phone calls and interactions with other healthcare professionals.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with affiliated case professionals, including school, social services, and other mental health providers.
- Present formal case updates and presentations to professionals in various settings.
