We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate CNA Hospice Aide to join our team at Gentiva.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personalized care and support to terminally ill patients in a hospice setting.
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, ensuring the patient's comfort and dignity.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff, ensuring timely interventions.
- Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation, adhering to regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, prioritizing patient-centered care.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and their families, promoting a sense of calm and well-being.
