**Job Summary:**
Exp Federal is seeking an Environmental Sustainability Specialist to provide regional technical support for a potential project in the Middle East. This position is contingent upon award of contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facility Evaluations: Conduct facility evaluations in accordance with UFC standards.
- Inspections and Briefings: Conduct in- and out-briefs to base commanders, BOS-I, etc. to describe the scope of work, deficiencies found, and suggestions to correct life, health and safety (LHS) hazards.
- Reporting: Create personnel, inspection, and evaluation reports for Government review.
- Plan Review: Review plans for military construction projects, facility modernization, rehabilitation programs, or self-help projects for compliance with the appropriate codes/standards.
- Subject Matter Expert: Serve as subject matter expert to review and inspect buildings and/or facilities to ensure code compliance for new construction that is in progress or completed.
Requirements:
- Employment: Employment is project-based and will take place on US Military Bases throughout the Middle East US CENTCOM AOR.
- Education: Must possess a degree in Environmental Sciences from an accredited institution.
- Experience: Must have at least two years of experience demonstrating the ability to apply the standards of UFC, UFC, and UFC Series.
- Security Clearance: Active Security Clearance from the US Federal Government. Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance.

- Language Skills: Proficient in written and spoken Arabic.
