Job Description:

The Banking Center Manager position at Field & Main Bank is a pivotal role responsible for leading retail operations, building relationships with customers, and driving business growth. This senior-level management position oversees the day-to-day activities of the banking center, ensuring seamless customer service delivery and exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote Field & Main's culture and foster a positive work environment among team members
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, improve operational efficiency, and increase revenue growth
  • Collaborate with the Senior Relationship Banker and Relationship Banker Lead on daily operations, product development, and training initiatives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve top 1000 deposit customer goals, expand consumer lending portfolio, and maintain regulatory compliance
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; Associate's degree with equivalent experience may be considered
  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in retail banking; comprehensive knowledge of federal regulations and industry trends
  • Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and analytical mindset required
