Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Family Visitation Specialist to join our team at the Family Place Visitation Center. This center is designed to create a secure environment for parents to engage with their children who are in foster care.
Position Highlights:

Key Responsibilities:
Core Duties:
Conduct thorough intake and assessment of potential clients.
Supervise and evaluate interactions between children in foster care and their biological parents.
Document all family engagements during the visitations.
Provide constructive feedback regarding any issues that arise during the monitored visits.
Required Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree.
Experience in child welfare and/or child development is preferred.
Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
Ability to deliver culturally sensitive practices.
Valid NYS Driver's License.
Access to personal transportation during work hours.
