**Job Title:** Human Resources Administrator

**Job Summary:** Techtronic Industries North America, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Administrator to support the Distribution Center - Manufacturing Facility in Anderson, SC. The successful candidate will provide human resources support, payroll processing, and onboarding services to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.

**Responsibilities:**

• Provide human resources support to employees, including preparing and maintaining confidential employment records, and providing general assistance and direction.

• Assist with new hire orientation and coordinate employee engagement events.

• Process accurate timecards for employees and support payroll processing.

• Communicate with employees regarding PTO balances, timecard adjustments, and leave of absence/short-term disability.

• Successfully onboard all new employees by facilitating the completion of necessary documents, creating new hire accounts, and entering data in required systems.

• Assist the Human Resources Department in achieving overall goals and objectives, and strive for continual improvement in departmental processes and functions.

**Requirements:**

• 2-year degree or equivalent experience

• Leadership skills and collaborative thinking

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Initiative-taking, self-directed, and organized

• Excellent time management and follow-up skills

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

• Elevated level of attention to detail and accuracy required

• Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise good judgment, and diplomacy

• Must be PC proficient - knowledge of Microsoft 365 Office

• Must live in or relocate to the Greenville/Anderson, SC area

• Bilingual - Preferred; Spanish a plus

**Physical Requirements:**

• Prolonged periods of viewing a computer screen

• Repeated motion of hand and fingers

• Prolonged periods of sitting

• Periodical walking of the facility
