At Jones Networking, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Client Services Specialist to join our team in the Washington, DC office of an international Law Firm.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service to lawyers, clients, staff, and visitors who require conference center services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality service to clients and stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and visitors to appropriate destinations.
  • Maintain a concierge-style level of service in the Conference Center, assisting with lawyer, staff, client, and visitor needs.
  • Schedule meeting and conference rooms, coordinating catering, room setup, and equipment needs with other departments.
  • Work closely with conference room requestors to achieve required core pieces of data necessary for each reservation.
  • Track, change, and coordinate visitor offices.
  • Assist with requests for special arrangements or services, including transportation, restaurants, travel, and lodging.
  • Provide basic technology and audio-visual equipment support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong client services background, with emphasis on organization, initiative, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
  • Prior front desk experience in a professional and/or law firm environment is a plus.
