Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Admissions Recruiter to join our team at Washington Adventist University. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, nurturing, and converting prospective students from the prospect stage through to Deposited and Registered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed quota each semester by making outbound phone calls, inbound phone calls, Zoom meetings, hosting online webinars, and high ROI events.
  • Generate leads in their assigned area and identify effective ways to continue to identify and go after prospects.
  • Work with a territory that includes Internationals Direct, Professional Studies, and FAFSA Unapplied.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in admissions, recruiting, or sales.
  • High-performing sales person or successful recruiter with a proven track record of converting over 1k matriculated students.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience working with higher education CRMs, such as Radius by Campus Management and Colleague.
  • Ability to learn new software packages and adapt to changing technology.
