Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development & Outside Sales representative to join our TradeCorp team. This individual will be responsible for building relationships with construction contractors, recruiters, and clients to fill needed positions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be comfortable establishing relationships, and possess effective negotiation skills.

This role requires the ability to consistently perform outbound activities to source clients and candidates, resulting in placements.

The salary for this position is $60,000 per year, plus commissions paid bi-weekly. The commission plan includes 25 employees working, generating $75,000 per year, 50 employees working, generating $105,000 per year, and 100 employees working, generating $150,000 per year.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.
  • Partner with Contractors and recruiters to assist in filling needed positions.
  • Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients.
  • Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials.
  • Cold call on Contractors and Job Sites.
  • Service Current Customers.
