Job OverviewThis Sales Growth Specialist role offers a unique opportunity for career growth in the dynamic field of healthcare sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business development and expanding market share through strategic account management and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve monthly sales targets and budgets for assigned locations by executing a proactive sales strategy.
- Develop and execute a quarterly plan to increase market share through key account development, prospecting, and call frequency routing.
- Conduct effective sales calls that identify and meet the needs of referral communities, clearly communicating the features and benefits of LHC Group services.
- Collaborate with Executive Directors/Clinical Directors to drive business growth by focusing on patient and referral community needs.
- Manage sales administration duties, including expense tracking, CRM updates, and timely communication with team members.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Two to three years of prior successful home health or hospice sales experience preferred.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills required.
- Strong computer skills to meet Microsoft Outlook and CRM software requirements.
$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
