Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Facility Maintenance Associate. This role is essential in ensuring our facility remains clean, welcoming, and well-stocked for our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compensation ranging from $15 to $18 per hour
  • Work schedule options include:
    • Full-time: Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM
    • Part-time: Monday to Friday, 7:30 PM to 11:30 PM
    • Part-time: Saturday and Sunday, 4:00 PM to 9:30 PM
  • Provide exceptional assistance to members and guests
  • Maintain cleanliness in Group Exercise Studios
  • Ensure Youth Studios are kept tidy
  • Oversee the cleanliness of the Fitness Center, Brown Gym, and Back Gym
  • Restock essential supplies, including paper products and personal care items
  • Perform regular cleaning of counters and restrooms
  • Maintain cleanliness in the Café and Kitchen areas
  • Vacuum and mop floors throughout the facility
  • Conduct general dusting duties

Position Requirements
  • Successful completion of a PA Criminal Background Check
  • Must possess a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Maintain a positive and optimistic attitude
  • Strong verbal communication skills are essential
  • Demonstrated time management and organizational abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Exhibit patience and courtesy while listening to others
  • Ability to interact professionally with various personnel levels
  • Self-motivated and proactive work ethic
  • Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, and walk throughout the day
  • Capability to lift up to fifty pounds occasionally
  • Visual acuity for reading fine print and recognizing colors
  • Ability to hear normal conversational sounds
