Facility Maintenance Responsibilities
- Acquire necessary supplies and materials for routine repairs and upkeep of facilities.
- Perform painting in shared spaces as required.
- Patch and repair walls, doors, and moldings as necessary.
- Secure and display all clinic/school-related banners, pictures, and corkboards.
- Conduct regular repair and replacement tasks as needed.
- Ensure the integrity of facilities, including windows, doors, furniture, and vehicles.
- Regularly check for pests and manage traps as necessary.
- Vacuum and sweep common areas and classrooms.
- Perform light cleaning and sanitization of restrooms.
- Clean sinks, countertops, microwaves, and refrigerators in staff and cafeteria areas as needed.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners, cleaning bins as necessary.
- Maintain janitorial closets and equipment in a clean, organized, and safe manner.
- Assist in keeping closets organized and clean with the help of the administrative assistant.
- Dust and clean office desks and furniture that are not cluttered.
- Regularly clean the interior of windows.
- Order cleaning and vending supplies as necessary through the Office Manager.
- Refill disinfectant spray bottles as needed, ensuring each classroom and common area is equipped.
- Restock supplies in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas as required.

Working Environment
- Standard office/school/clinic setting with no specific workplace hazards.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to move quickly, bend, lift, carry, push, pull, sit, stand, stoop, crouch, kneel, walk, crawl, and climb.
- Must be able to remain active for up to 95% of the shift.
- Hands-on experience with cleaning equipment.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products or a willingness to learn.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Resourcefulness and proactivity in addressing issues.
- Ability to work independently.
- Time-management skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license with current automobile insurance and registration, along with the ability to travel within the community during work hours.
- Availability to work 30 hours per week (primarily Monday - Friday with occasional evening and weekend work required for projects that cannot be completed during regular hours).
