Key Responsibilities
Maintenance and Repair Tasks
- Acquire necessary supplies and materials for ongoing facility upkeep.
- Perform painting in shared spaces as required.
- Patch and repair walls, doors, and moldings as necessary.
- Secure and display all relevant banners, pictures, and corkboards.
- Conduct regular repair and replacement activities as needed.
- Ensure the integrity of facilities, including windows, doors, furniture, and vehicles.
- Monitor for pests and manage traps as needed.
Cleaning and Upkeep of Common Areas
- Vacuum and sweep common areas and classrooms.
- Conduct light cleaning and sanitization of restrooms.
- Clean sinks, countertops, microwaves, and refrigerators in staff and cafeteria areas as needed.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners, cleaning them as necessary.
- Maintain janitorial closets and equipment in an orderly and safe manner.
- Assist in keeping storage areas organized and safe.
- Dust and clean office furniture that is not cluttered.
- Regularly clean the interiors of windows.
Supply Management
- Order cleaning and vending supplies as needed through the Office Manager.
- Refill disinfectant spray bottles and ensure availability in classrooms and common areas.
- Restock supplies in restrooms, break rooms, and communal spaces as necessary.

Working Environment

Qualifications
