Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our members.

Compensation
Hourly wage ranges from $15 to $18.

Work Schedule
  • Full-time: Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM - 11:30 PM
  • Part-time: Monday to Friday, 7:30 PM - 11:30 PM
  • Part-time: Saturday and Sunday, 4:00 PM - 9:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist members with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
  • Maintain cleanliness in Group Exercise Studios.
  • Ensure Youth Studios are kept tidy and organized.
  • Oversee cleanliness in the Fitness Center, Brown Gym, and Back Gym.
  • Restock essential supplies including paper products and personal care items.
  • Sanitize counters and restrooms regularly.
  • Keep the Café and Kitchen areas clean.
  • Vacuum carpets and mop tile floors as needed.
  • Perform general dusting throughout the facility.

Qualifications
  • Completion of a PA Criminal Background Check is required.
  • Must possess a friendly and approachable personality.
  • Positive and optimistic attitude is essential.
  • Strong verbal communication skills are necessary.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must demonstrate patience and empathy when interacting with others.
  • Ability to engage professionally with various personnel levels.
  • Self-motivated and proactive work ethic is required.
  • Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, and walk frequently throughout the day.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Visual acuity for reading fine print and distinguishing colors.
  • Must be able to hear normal voice sounds.
