Clinical Patient Services Coordinator

Key Responsibilities- Serve as a bridge between patients and healthcare providers.
- Ensure an exceptional in-person patient experience at our facilities.
- Guide patients in comprehending their treatment choices.
- Engage with members to collect vital information regarding their current symptoms, mental health conditions, and medication history.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- A minimum of 2 years of full-time experience in a customer service-oriented position.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities.
