Job Title: External Client Care Coordinator

As a key member of our team, the External Client Care Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the continuity of care for our clients. This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with clients, caregivers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently handle client inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Resolve incoming calls and other client issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide regular feedback to Client Care Managers on trends, challenges, and performance improvement opportunities.
  • Effectively manage the customer service coordinator team to ensure high levels of employee engagement and satisfaction.
Essential Functions:
  • Answer potential client inquiries and sell and qualify them for home visits.
  • Assist in determining the type and duration of services necessary to meet client needs.
  • Process data necessary to establish initial client records, services, and files, and initiate invoicing.
  • Directly responsible for regular and routine performance evaluations of all managed staff of caregivers.
  • Work with the Internal Client Care Coordinator to ensure shifts and hours are matched with caregiver qualifications and availability to client needs.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales.
  • Healthcare industry experience a plus, but not required.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Effective oral and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
