Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Manager of Quality and Exit Strategy to join our team. This critical role will oversee data quality, provide support to the case management team, and ensure adherence to the Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities' (EOHLC) Shelter Scope of Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Director of Shelter Case Management to track case management efforts in Efforts to Outcome (ETO) and End 2 End (E2E) systems.
  • Submit HomeBASE applications in E2E software, ensuring all required documentation is collected and accurate.
  • Establish partnerships with Regional Administrative Agencies to facilitate a seamless application and approval process for shelter placements.
  • Maintain accuracy in various spreadsheets and reports crucial to case management operations.
  • Develop and update a comprehensive spreadsheet cataloging local property owners to support housing initiatives.
  • Establish relationships with local property owners and vendors to identify available units for shelter exit.
  • Conduct research and deliver timely communication regarding open waitlists, housing lotteries, and additional housing opportunities.
  • Attend EOHLC meetings and training as needed, determined by the Director of Shelter Case Management.
  • Maintain familiarity with relevant housing laws and regulations, particularly those related to Fair Housing and Landlord-Tenant laws.
Requirements
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • 5 years' experience in the human service field.
  • 2 years' experience working within the State's Family Emergency Assistance Shelter Program funded by EOHLC.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Experience using ETO and E2E systems.
  • Ability to demonstrate compassion and understanding of the needs of homeless families.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience in shelter, housing, housing stabilization, clinical service, trauma-informed care, and culturally diverse programs.
  • Prominent commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and ability to lead cultural competency dialogue and planning.
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • Ability to travel between sites.
