Job Title: Manager of Quality and Exit Strategy

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Quality and Exit Strategy to join our team at Making Opportunity Count Inc. As a key member of our case management team, you will be responsible for overseeing data quality and providing support to our team across various EA Family Shelters in North Central Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Director of Shelter Case Management to track case management efforts in ETO and ensure adherence to the EOHLC Shelter Scope of Services.
  • Submit HomeBASE applications in the E2E software and collect and verify required documentation.
  • Establish partnerships with Regional Administrative Agencies to facilitate a seamless application and approval process for shelter placements.
  • Maintain accuracy in various spreadsheets and reports crucial to case management operations.
  • Develop and update a comprehensive spreadsheet cataloging local property owners to support housing initiatives.
  • Establish relationships with local property owners and vendors to identify available units for shelter exit.
  • Conduct research and provide timely communication regarding open waitlists, housing lotteries, and additional housing opportunities.
  • Attend EOHLC meetings and training as needed, and maintain familiarity with relevant housing laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • 5 years' experience in the human service field.
  • 2 years' experience working within the State's Family Emergency Assistance Shelter Program funded by EOHLC.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Experience using Efforts to Outcomes (ETO) and End 2 End (E2E) systems.
  • Ability to demonstrate compassion and understanding of the needs of homeless families.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience in shelter, housing, and housing stabilization.
